Aloe Vera Juice Recipe
Ingredients
1 Cucumber
1 Apple
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp Liquid Aloe Vera (extracted from natural leaves)
Aloe vera juice has more recently become very popular as a drink and for use internally. By drinking aloe vera juice you can eliminate your constipation. It is a strong laxative when used in strong concentrations. You can also help your constipation when taking it in capsules. Look for aloe capsules or drinks that have other herbs to tone down its strong effect in the colon.
In a juicer, put all the ingredients except the ice cubes in a juicer until done. Serve in your favorite martini glass, or whatever you want! Add the optional ice cubes at this point now that it’s finished.

Cut Aloe Vera leaves
Cut off the two sides with thorns and discard
Cut the leaves into pieces
Put in blender
Blend. Strain
